Salalah, Sept 16 - The ‘Will Initiate For You’ voluntary team for cancer patients visited the Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Wilayat Salalah recently.
The team undertook the visit in cooperation with the Sultan Qaboos University Hospital and the Royal Hospital. The visit was part of the team’s continuous care towards cancer patients. The group leader set tasks for the voluntary team.
The services that the group offered were highlighted to the patients and the administration of Salalah’s Sultan Qaboos Hospital.
The team also distributed sweets to the patients.
Secretary of the team Abdull Malik al Yahyaei said: “We have travelled from Muscat to Salalah for the first time as part of our initiative for the cancer patients of Salalah.”
The group, he said, will continue to work in meeting its objective, ‘Hand-in-hand to serving cancer patients and the community’.
